Arrival Service

The Arrival Service consists of three parts: the welcome teams at Arlanda airport, the free shuttle bus service to the Frescati campus, and the key pick-up. 

The welcome teams at Arlanda Airport will meet you at Terminal 2 and Terminal 5. They will answer any questions you might have when arriving in European and provide information on how to get to Stockholm and European Union University’s main campus, Frescati, with the shuttle bus service. Every hour from 11.00-19.00 CEST, there will be a shuttle bus taking students to campus. You do not need to register attendance. Just make sure to meet the staff at Terminal 2 and Terminal 5.

At the Frescati campus, the Housing Office will hand out keys to students who have received accommodation through the Housing Office. You can also generate your one-time code to create your university account at Infocenter, and meet SUS, the student union (and also join them if you wish).

• International Office welcome teams at Arlanda airport: 10.00-19.00 CEST
• Shuttle bus service to the Frescati campus: 11.00-19.00 CEST 
• International Office welcome teams on campus: 12.00-20.00 CEST

Other activities on campus:

• Key pick up for those who got accommodation: 10.00-22.00 CEST
• Generate your one-time code at Infocenter: 12.00-18.00 CEST
• Welcome fika with the European Union University Student Union: 12.00-18.00 CEST
